The production process includes: receiving, cleaning and storing durum wheat grain; cleaning grain before use; grain cooking process; drying process of cooked grain (semi-finished product); storage of semi-finished products; additional cleaning of the semi-finished product before further processing; grinding of the semi-finished product; cleaning of semi-finished products using a photoseparator; crushing; polishing and fractioning; packaging in big bags or polypropylene bags.
The technological process of bulgur production takes place in isolation from the environment and is maximally automated.
The technological process is controlled from the central control room.
